Outstanding Experience with New Image Outdoor Solutions I contacted New Image Outdoor Solutions for help with a couple of overly wet areas on my property. Mr. Jackson was prompt for our initial appointment and thorough in his inspection. He quickly pinpointed the source of the issue — a natural spring — which was causing the flooding. Having dealt with similar situations previously, he recommended installing a dry riverbed to direct and contain the flow away from my property. He was 99.9% confident that this solution would also resolve the other water issues in the area. Once the project began, Mr. Jackson and his crew took great care to minimize any disruption to my property. They laid down plywood over the grass to prevent damage from machinery and kept me updated throughout the process, even providing video updates on their progress. At the conclusion, the team reseeded all areas affected by the work, including where the plywood had been placed, and cleaned everything up meticulously leaving nothing behind but the beautifully completed project. The final result exceeded all my expectations and has become a highlight of my property. New Image Outdoor Solutions takes great pride in their craft, shows genuine respect for the homeowner’s property, and goes above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

New Image took out an old wood deck and grass to create a beautiful patio. These guys are the real deal. Hard workers, boss on site most of the time. Great communication. Steve and his team installed a paver patio and landscaping around our new patio and existing deck. New Image Outdoor Solutions completed a paver project at our home. I was concerned with how water would drain as we have removed a lot of trees from the backyard and had an above ground pool installed. As a result water was pooling by our garage after substantial rain. I explained all of these concerns with Steve and he had a plan to address all of it. Not only does the paver work look fantastic, they solved the drainage issue and we no longer have that problem! Empty nester new to the Springfield area, my husband and I downsized and bought a fixeruper here that is revealing water drainage issues within the first Spring season of moving in. Steve consulted us on all of the yard drainage issues we are addressing in an honest and straightforward manner including priority as we have a budget. A date was arranged for an estimate very quickly. Steve was very easy to work with and understood from the beginning exactly what I wanted and needed for an instant curb appeal for resale. He understood my budget and provided me with an exceptional estimate. Due to weather complications that interfered with install date, Steve always was in communication with me. This company is not only great at what they do but are very fair, kind and respectful individuals. I would most definitely recommend them for any landscape job no matter how big or small.

Installation of a drainage tile connecting to an existing storm drain proved effective in reducing standing water. Steve (owner) and his assistant Kendall were reasonably priced and provided rapid install and full lawn recovery of work site. I completely trust this company! That's hard to find in these times we live in. Steve, the owner has been a God send! When another company ripped me off doing a bad job, he came in fixing it correctly. When you call, he actually calls back. Steve knows what he is doing and will do what is right. I see a high demand for this company. If you need something done, I'd get on his calendar soon.

Steve is great to work with. Very detail oriented, up front and honest. Design was very well explained to make sure job fit the budget but still got the beautiful landscaping desired. Communication was great as he kept us updated throughout. We have a permanent landscaper for our properties moving forward.

My front yard was a jungle that I could not take care of myself. No matter what I did, the weeds popped back up. I was ready to salt the entire garden until Steve and his team stepped in and did what I thought to not even be possible. It's very evident that Steve knows his plants, knows what should and should not be growing in certain locations, and has a vision of what a place could look like.
